Chaotic fun! This upbeat, total body workout incorporates almost every piece of equipment in CG Arena. Consists of 2 – 3 minute stations including boxing on a bag, punch mits with a trainer, tire flips, battle ropes, agility drills, plyometrics, TRX, monkey bars, jump rope, hill climbs and much more! The goal of the class is to keep your body moving and heart rate up for the entire 60 minutes. All fitness levels.
