Yoga/Pilates (NEW CLASS)- Brook

A vigorous form of yoga and pilates mix involving moving from one pose to the next linked to the breath, creating a smooth series of postures that run together and flow like a dance. Cultivates strength, flexibility, balance, focus and endurance. Fun, sweaty and rejuvenating! All levels. To not disturb class, please arrive no later than 5 minutes after class start time. Early arrival is encouraged.
