Beginner Yoga - Christine B.

This is a great foundational class to Power Vinyasa Yoga that combines breath, self-awareness and movement to create flexibility, strength and healing. Be prepared to take an in-depth look of sun salutations, standing poses, twists, back bends and hip openers. Meet new friends and get a great yoga practice at the same time! All levels. To not disturb class, please arrive no later than 5 minutes after class start time. Early arrival is encouraged.
