Take your fitness to a whole new level! This total body conditioning workout will push you through a challenging strength circuit followed by conditioning and core exercises. WEIGHTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TOUCH THE FLOOR. Focus on technique and be ready to work hard. For advanced levels. Minimum dumbbell weight 15lbs. No injuries and not recommended for beginners.
